What's included in the Price:
Luxury Flower walls come with White Glove Servive: FREE delivery, FREE professional installation and FREE pick-up before 8PM.
Evening / late night pick-up fees may apply depending on the end time of your event and the location:
Downtown Orlando + 10 miles
$30 pick-up at/after 8pm - up to 10:30pm.
$50 pick-up after 10:30pm - up to 12am
$80 pick-up after 12am- up to 1am
$100 pick-up after 1am - up to 2am
11-20 miles from Downtown Orlando
$50 pick-up at/after 8pm - up to 10:30pm.
$80 pick-up after 10:30pm - up to 12am
$100 pick-up after 12am - up to 1am
$130 pick-up after 1am - up to 2am
20-30 miles from Downtown Orlando
$80 pick-up at/after 8pm - up to 10:30pm.
$100 pick-up after 10:30pm - up to 12am
$130 pick-up after 12am - up to 1am
$150 pick-up after 1am - up to 2am
Reserving your Event Date:
A signed rental agreement along with a 50% non-refundable deposit of your invoice is required for us to save your date. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours prior to your event date.
We accept Credit Card through Paypal.
We also accept cash, Venmo, and bank checks (no personal checks).
Since we are a boutique company we only accept one to 2 events per day. Once the rental Agreement is signed and your event date is reserved we will decline any requests from other potential clients on your date and time.
If cancellation are made before the final payment is due the deposit will not be refunded.
Any cancellations made after the final payment but before 14 days prior your event will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
If cancellation is made 14 days prior to your event, you will be charged the full rental rate plus any delivery/install fees.
No refund will be given if the event is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances out of our control.
Any damaged flower/grass panel will incur a fee of $60 per panel.
Total loss of the wall (fire, water damage, theft) will incur a fee of $3000 per wall
Amy damaged frame or missing pieces/screws will incur a fee of $400 per frame
Our backdrops are better fitted for indoor use. We do not recommend installing them outdoor because the wind can make them fall very easily. If installed outdoor, our staff will provide 30lbs weights to secure the bases. If the location is windy and present a challenge for the set-up, our staff reserve the right to place the wall in a different area less prone to winds. If a better area is not available, our staff reserves the right to install the wall indoor or to not install it at all, for the safety of all. No refund will be given in such cases.
Once installed, the backdrop CANNOT be moved. Attempting to move the wall will damage the frame and fees will incur (see above).
Any permits needed are the responsibility of the renter. The renter hereby accepts full responsibility from the time of delivery to the time of pick up. The Flower Wall Miami Co /Something Sweet Events Inc. is not responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by the misuse of the equipment. Hold Harmless: the renter assumes all risk inherent in the operation and use of the rented equipment by themselves and anyone else. The renter assumes the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnity. And hold us Harmless from, and release us from any and all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death), or loss of time and inconvenience resulting from the use or possession of rental equipment, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or part from our negligence, from the defective condition of the rented equipment or from any cause.
Client must provide free or pre-paid parking for the time of delivery/installation and the time of pick-up/break-down. If no parking is provided, we reserve the right to refuse service. No refund will be issued in such case.
